Having developed from the first generation of Hawkers providing bricklaying services for many years, Mike Hawker decided he wanted to provide a dedicated service that would deliver all aspects of a client’s project.
We would provide all aspects of the build managing our own operatives and a close knit supply chain to deliver exceptional results. Having traded for many years via recommendation alone we would be engaged early in projects. We would work with the client and their consultants to provide advice, keep on top of budget and ensure the project was delivered within programme.
Over the years we have successfully delivered every type of project a residential client could require, including:

Due to the intricacies involved in some of the residential projects we are involved with we only service these requirements from our head office and we only accept projects primarily in the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
As the business has grown and developed we have noticed the projects we have been involved with grow. We have fortunately found ourselves in the position where the demand for our services exceeds our capacity. This has resulted in us being in the privileged position that we can select the projects we want to deliver.

Our Client Commitment
We will work with your architects or we can advise you of architects we have worked with before (We are also able to offer our services on a design and build basis should the project lend itself to this approach) to ensure a design is developed that is:
- Within Budget
- Buildable
- Minimises Disruption
- Meets the Timescales Required
We provide a fixed price quotation on all projects and itemise clearly what is (or is not) included within that price. Before commencing a project we will insist on a pre-start meeting where we will go through the quote in detail with yourselves and any other relevant stakeholders.
We find this starts the project with a clear understanding of all parties responsibilities and with ongoing clear communication all parties will be aware of the project status at all times.
