We started off working in the modular sector by providing principal contractor services for the site works of modular building schemes.
It became apparent that most manufacturers had very little capability of delivering the site works and managing the various different interfaces.
We soon began to add value to the process and our workload in this sector grew to the point that we set up our own modular division manufacturing our own buildings and providing our clients with a full turnkey service for their modular buildings.
As a Modern Method of Construction (MMC) modular buildings are becoming more and more popular due to the benefits they provide. This means that modular buildings now form part of an overall construction projets with other more traditional constriction methods also utilised.

An experienced approach
Whilst modular building projects are simple due to the modular manufacturer carrying out most of the works off site, there are still nuances with these projects that require an experienced approach to ensuring a successful delivery.
The key to delivering a modular building project is understanding the interaction between the modular building and its new surroundings. Once this is understood the logistics and timescales of delivery are the next most important factor to consider.
Due to the specific requirements of modular building we have a team dedicated to modular works, specialising in the interface between the building and the ground.
