The Project
This project was to build a large extension, incorporating two new bedrooms and kitchen. Extend the existing bathroom and add three new en-suite bathrooms.
A complete re-wire of the electrics, new central heating system and underfloor heating. Anthracite framed doors and windows throughout. The exterior of the building was then finished in monocouche rendering.
During the project, the client instructed for the entire roof to be updated, with new felt, lath and tiles.
A retaining wall and steps were built across the width of the garden. As well as bespoke finishing touches throughout the property.
The challenge was to get the client moved into their new home on a very tight schedule.
We worked closely with them to achieve this. Including bringing the families rabbit hutch, from their old home to the new one on the back of our flatbed lorry.
